Your subscription includes installation (tap-line connection), ongoing access to the purifier, and filter delivery every 6–8 months based on typical usage. Support is included based on our service policy (we’ll confirm details during onboarding).
Both options include the same service and features. Yearly billing is our best value: you pay once per year and get 2 months free.
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, we’ll coordinate the next steps depending on your setup and service status.
After checkout, you’ll be guided to book installation. We’ll confirm availability in your area and schedule a time. Once installed, you’re all set—filters are delivered on a schedule.

Temperature modes vary by model, but typically include ambient through hot/near-boiling options, plus tea presets. You can also control the dispense volume from the touchscreen.
